(Note 1) “Property number” denotes a number given to each asset to have been acquired by the Investment Corporation, in accordance with the classifications of renewable energy power generation facilities, and “S” indicates solar power generator with solar panels (photovoltaic system), etc.
(Note 2) “Location” is based on the information contained in the land register for each piece of land to have been acquired on which a photovoltaic system is installed (one piece of land in the case where there are several pieces of land). However, addresses are described up to city or county.
(Note 3) “Investment ratio” indicates the ratio of the anticipated acquisition price of each property to have been acquired to total anticipated acquisition price. Accordingly, the total sum of the investment ratio of each property to have been acquired may not correspond to the figures shown in the total column.
(Note 4) The fair value is the total sum of the median amount that we calculated according to Article 41, paragraph 1 of the CSIF's Articles of Incorporation on the basis of the appraised value in the range stated in the valuation report with the date of the value opinion on December 31, 2025, which was obtained from PricewaterhouseCoopers Sustainability LLC (for S-01 to S-18). And, the fair value is the total sum of the median amount on the basis of the appraised value stated in the valuation report with the date of the value opinion on December 31, 2025, which was obtained from Kroll International Inc (for S-19 to S-30). For the power plants from S-31 to S-35, as of December 31, 2025, the fair value is the total sum of the median amount that we calculated according to Article 41, paragraph 1 of the CSIF’s Articles of Incorporation on the basis of the appraised value in the range stated in the valuation report obtained from Japan Real Estate Institute.
